Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Allow at least one business day for your order to ship.
If for any reason we cannot process your order, you will be contacted so that we can correct the issue. Common issues are if you have ordered an item that has gone out of stock, or if we are unable to process your credit card.
While we make every attempt to get your shipment to you as soon as possible, once items are shipped, BellaSailor.com cannot take responsibility for delays in deliveries by UPS Service. Items lost during shipping are subject to the UPS claims and tracking system.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit within 30 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, clean, undamaged, and in new condition. The item must be in the original packaging with UPC label attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales order number. No returns are accepted after 30 days from when you receive it or without the UPC label attached.

Step 2: Replace the product in the ORIGINAL (or similar) PACKAGING and ship back with our return form to BellaSailor.com.
